Champion Self Storage on Pine Lakes Parkway is an enormous facility that is located on 19 acres of concrete and takes up 12 buildings. It has 819 units for rent and 400 parking spaces. “We are definitely the largest self-storage place in the area,” said Gaylee Tillotson, a manager, who has worked there for nine years.

The Pine Lakes location has been in business since 1996 and is a sister facility to Champion Self Storage on Cypress Edge Drive. The units vary in size from five feet by five feet to ten feet by 30 feet. Staff are available in the office seven days a week and Champion offers its customers 24 hour access to their units.

“Our place is safe and secure,” Gaylee said. What marks this location as being different from other self-storage facilities is its ample parking space. “We have a covered parking lot that includes electricity and which is great for RVs, boats and utility trailers,” she said.
