Key Coaching Associates is a coaching company that can help people develop or improve
personal skills needed in the business world.
“A coach is a people developer,” said Kathryn Hatcher, owner of the company. “We
help people maximize their potential. We give them the tools and strengths to bring
about long lasting personal change.”
Kathryn has been in the coaching business for 30 years. She is originally from Massachusetts
and she runs several affiliates of Key Coaching Associates in Massachusetts, Maryland,
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Palm Coast. She opened the office in Palm Coast in
2008. Through an association with Resource Associates Corporation and the Total
Quality Institute, clients can have access to a vast network of resources.
Kathryn said her ideal client is someone who is involved in change, for example,
a sales person who has been promoted to sales manager and who needs to learn how
to manage people. “We work with people from the top executives to the lone entrepreneur
who is setting up in business,” Kathryn said. “Each successful business has the
same skillset: good time management, customer loyalty and effective leadership.
We can help someone manage their time better or manage a new set of skills.”
Executives from Key Coaching Associates will travel to a company site or may carry
out a 12 week seminar at a central location. If someone has a question or wants
coaching, Kathryn said she will meet with that person for a quick coffee to see
if there is a match. Each coaching plan can be personalized to meet any budget.
“We have a proven process that works,” Kathryn said. “ We can customize a plan to
each company and each individual to get measurable results.”
