Let's Play

On a day when the kids are looking for something to do, why not take them to Let’s Play situated one mile off the interstate at 5 Utility Drive, Suite 1. It is a safe, clean and fun indoor play center which has something for kids of all ages. For babies up to two years old, there is a completely separate play area with appropriate toys. “We have a 10ft by 14 ft area gated off with baby toys that stimulate their senses,” says Tammy Sanner, the owner.

Let’s Play offers Mommy and Me Kinder Fun classes on Mondays and Tuesdays for children aged 20 months up to age four with music, movement, crafts and a snack. It will soon offer Kindermusik classes for newborns to seven year olds.

There are also tons of amusements for older, active kids up to age 12. The 3,000 square foot play area has a 20 foot speed slide, 16 foot tube slide, swing and a Wackyball arena. For younger kids, there is a play house, a play kitchen, toy trucks and a train table.

Before opening Let's Play, true blue Floridian Tammy was a stay-at-home mom to her two young girls. She and her husband, Rod, had been to similar facilities and “knew they were lacking,” Tammy said, which motivated them to set up Let’s Play. Now she employs five people who have all been background checked, drug screened and are CPR certified.

You can even book Let’s Play for parties. The birthday package includes two hours of play time moving to the decorated private party room for the third hour for pizza and cake.

“We offer self-contained play,” Tammy says. “Kids can’t fall and if they do, they fall on a bouncy or cushioned surface. Let’s Play is safe, clean and disinfected everyday.”
