Picture Perfect Frames

Picture Perfect Frames in Palm Coast is one of the more established businesses in the area. In business since 1992 and located at the Shops at Palm Harbor, it has consistently won the News Tribune’s Best Around annual award every year since it began.

David Kosko and his wife Carol worked with the previous owners of the store learning the business for several months before they bought it in January 2007. Their business specializes in custom picture framing and all framing is done on the premises. They also offer other services such as photo restoration and transferring photos to canvas.

There is a small art gallery in the shop too which features oil and watercolor paintings by local artists such as Ray Brilli, Tim Peterson, Daniel Ambrose and Dan Goad. “We put up the framed art to give our customers framing ideas,” David said. “But, every piece is for sale as are the prints and reproductions.” Picture Perfect Frames carries a good selection of conservation pre-made frames in standard sizes.

David and Carol recently bought an existing framing business in St. Augustine’s called Mikee’s. It has been around for 25 years and the previous owner retired. Now, David’s son Jeffrey, manages that business.
